Lani was exceptional throughout our first home-buying experience, which utilized a VA loan. She guided us through every step of the complex process with confidence, clarity, and a deep understanding of what buyers should look for. Even though we were far away for most of the process, she handled everything smoothly and made it possible for us to complete the purchase without stress. She was patient with every question — even the simplest ones — and always took the time to explain things so we fully understood. We learned so much from her, felt supported the entire way, and truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. We highly recommend Lani, esp...

Words can’t express how grateful we are to have worked with Ms. Lani as our realtor in our home-buying process. She made first-time home buying look and feel so easy. She’s very thorough and really looked into properties that she thinks will fit the categories we’d like for our home. It was a fast-paced transaction, but not once did we feel like we were being rushed or left behind on details. She will work hand in hand with you until the end, and she’s knowledgeable about everything and will really look into details if you have questions regarding the property you are buying or the home-buying process. She also helped us negotiate the price with the...

We never felt pressured or rushed, and I knew we could trust her judgment completely. Finding a home can be overwhelming, but with her guidance, it felt manageable and even exciting. Thank you so much, Ms. Lani. We couldn’t have done this without you!

Ms. Lani is an outstanding realtor! She helped us with a lot of stuff, including the offers she made that made us to buy a house or home possible! We never felt pressured— we felt supported by her in the best ways possible! She was working with us from the end of June until we closed our home this August! The home she sold us was the perfect home for me and my partner (possibly for my future family as well!) Lani did an outstanding job helping me sell my condo. She used her local knowledge and real estate expertise to quickly close on my condo. She was always very responsive to me whenever I called or sent a text message.

I cannot recommend Lani highly enough! My loan officer recommended her, and I am so grateful they did. From start to finish, Lani went above and beyond to make my real estate journey seamless, stress-free, and successful. Her expertise in the market, keen attention to detail, and exceptional communication made the entire process feel effortless. She took the time to understand my needs and genuinely cared about finding the perfect home for me. It was also comforting to know she had already helped one of my best friends buy her home in 2020—and now I see why my friend raved about her! Not only is Lani an incredible professional, but she’s also an ama...
